Bliss Creek Outfitters - Wyoming horseback riding vacations

WHAT TO BRING ON YOUR HORSEBACK VACATION:

Camp is in a beautiful spot...All gear must be packed in on mules to reach camp, so only bring what you need. It is easier for us to pack several smaller soft bags than one big duffle bag as our panniers are only so big. Army duffle bags filled 3/4 full seem to work the best. Please limit your gear to 60 pounds. Saddlebags are provided. We also recommend that you do some horseback riding at home. Especially if you've never ridden a horse before.

Scenic Wyoming

*Important note: Due to the long distance to camp (22 miles over very rough trails) regrettably, we can no longer host clients who weigh in excess of 250 lbs. We do not wish to intentionally discriminate against anyone, but our horses do. They simply cannot take the punishment of carrying very large guests over rough and steep terrain.
